# First Implementation Brief

## Worked example

Illustrative process only. Replace every assumption with the agreed scope.

Problem: clarified RFQs wait for an agreed technical owner.
Change: preserve source context, assign the approved owner and expose review status.
Decision owner: sales operations approves routing; engineering approves technical-review states.
Excluded: quotation, product substitution, historical migration and external sending.
Prerequisites: authorised records, territory rules, restricted CRM permissions and reviewer availability.
Acceptance cases: ordinary route; distributor exception; unknown account; duplicate retry; attachment access; failed write.
Accept when: each agreed case reaches its expected state without lost context or duplicate records.
Stop when: permissions cannot be restricted or original context is lost.
Handover: operating owner, configuration, alert route, rollback and open issues.
Commercial review: compare observed response handling after release; functional acceptance alone proves no revenue uplift.
