Grid Compliance & Stability Simulator for Excitation Systems
Grid operators and independent power producers face increasing regulatory pressure to demonstrate strict compliance with national and international grid codes. Evaluating the dynamic behavior of synchronous condensers and their excitation systems under fault conditions, voltage sags, and frequency deviations is a complex, simulation-heavy process.
We engineered the Nexus Grid Compliance & Stability Evaluator as an interactive, browser-based simulation platform. It models the full excitation control loop of synchronous condensers—including AVR response, reactive power injection curves, and transient stability margins—against configurable grid disturbance scenarios and equipment profiles from leading manufacturers like GE, Siemens, ABB, and Basler.
The result is a zero-install, high-fidelity diagnostic tool that enables protection engineers and grid compliance officers to instantly validate excitation system performance, identify upgrade paths, and generate exportable compliance reports—all without costly desktop simulation licenses.
